I was very happy to see a local company selling Hunter Douglass products. This brand is far superior to whatever brands are carried in those big box stores. The staff at Albertson's are polite, professional and very knowledgeable of the products they sell. The sales person thoroughly explained the Vertiglide window covering, which is exactly what I was looking for. Ordered it and within several days it was installed without a problem. I'm very happy with the product and service. Will purchase flooring and window coverings from Albertson's in the future!

We just had our flooring replaced with Albertson’s Abbey. The staff were friendly, helpful, not pushy and were happy to come out and provide us several estimates for different floor ideas. They even built a little model for us so we could see how the new carpet to wood transition point would look. The installation was quick to schedule and the installation crew were awesome. They were on time, worked efficiently and got the whole job done faster than had been estimated. The quality of the install was great and they were considerate of our two young children as they worked.

Albertson's began installing our floors within two weeks of calling them. We thought we were going to put the wood-looking tlie all throughout our house until Mark talked us into the luxury vinyl. Mark and his son, Michael ,were extremely patient with us as I am very indecisive. Once we picked out the flooring we wanted, they were in our home installing the floor in almost every room of our house. It took the installers 3 days to put down our floors. We are extremely happy with our floors. They are waterproof and clean up easily. The installers that Mark uses are professional and hard-working. We will be using Albertsons again.

Albertson's has been cleaning our carpets in Vallejo and now Benicia for at least 25 years total. I had not heard of steam cleaning back at that time - but what a difference. Today their steam cleaning technology is incredible and partly their own invention. The carpet dries faster than ever, and never a residue. Steam pulls up any damage my dogs and myself or the occasional visitor has done to this off white carpet, which is now almost 15 years old and looks like new. They just left the house, as a new puppy had left such strong urine odor throughout the living room. Fresh and new again. Five Stars and more! Reasonable! Love these friendly, helpful guys.

Mark, Mike and Andy are great teamwork!
From the first day I walk in Mike explain in detail about their flooring was impressed good quality flooring they have. Mark came to measure and answered more of my questions that I had and help me decided on others. When I came back to the office I met Andy who also very patient and knowledgeable with the products. I got my floors done and even the workers who did the flooring very nice and respectful. I am very happy with the outcome of my floors and with the awesome staff members who all got a 5 stars!

My kitchen contractor recommended Albertson's Abbey for my floor after a kitchen remodel. I decided to replace not only the kitchen but also the family room and living and dining room floors as well. Michael was great to work with..knowledgable, patient, and professional with a warm, not pushy personality. I bought a new house and wanted to get the carpets replaced.
I went in the store and Michael was very knowledgeable and informative. He helped me pick out the right carpet for now and the future (pets, kids, etc.) he also educated me in the pros and cons of tile vs vinyl and allowed me to make the best decision for my house.
On the install day, the guys were very kind and efficient! They got it all done in one day! I was impressed.
