Cleaning tile and grout can be very hard unless you have the right equipment and thankfully we do.

These are the steps we take:  First, we treat the tile with either a acidic or an alkaline product based on what type of tile we are cleaning. After we spray the cleaner we agitate the cleaner for 5 minutes and then we steam clean away all the cleaner and dirt with high pressure steam cleaning tile cleaner. This cleaner sprays a controlled stream of boiling water into the pits and groves and also the grout without damaging the tile or grout. The tile may be damp after we are done and will dry shortly after with a 30 minute dry time.
